For years, I worked in logistics, driving between warehouses distribution centers and saw the same thing: questionable “load containment”, bins of single-use stretch film and dangerous practices putting front-line workers at risk.

The industry called it "the cost of doing business." I saw it as a massive, avoidable failure.

HeroPAK was founded because I realized that logistics managers didn't want to create waste or put their team at risk—they simply didn’t have the tools. They were stuck between an environmental crisis and an operational necessity. We built HeroPAK to give them another option: a way to move goods with speed, safety and minimal packaging waste.
